                Short, crisp climb directly behind Scheppau. In the last section it will be steep again, but the rapid descent to the sports field in Lauingen compensates. In strong winds in safe position depart, from the field on the right side it regularly blows neatly over.

                        the northern approach to the Rieseberg is the more demanding ascent. The gradient is between 2-5% at the beginning and there is a short ramp of about 9% in the forest. The total ascent is 1150m with 50m in altitude.
