Wanfried was once an important port and as a terminus of the Weser-Werra shipping a major trading center. The times are long gone, yet testifies here some of the glory days. For example, the magnificently restored half-timbered houses of the former merchants and even an old merchant ship. Above all, this beautiful restaurant invites you to take a break right on the Werratal Cycle Path.

Tuesday, Wednesday (in good weather) and Thursday to Sunday from 12 o'clock
