    Lake Aubert, located at an altitude of 2,148 meters, serves as a mirror for Hourquette d'Aubert. This artificial body of water (dam lake) is fed by the small glaciers of Ramougn and the Chaussenque breccia, as well as by the overflow of Lake Aumar located overlooking the Aubert.

    An orientation table allows you to put small names on the peaks that surround the lake. So you will be able to locate the Néouvielle peak.

              Refuge is not always open. Bring plenty of water or park at the lake. Bus stop is also there. Nice walk from Lac d'Oredon. Very touristy.
