This track leads to Tara Cave, an Aboriginal occupational site that was used until around 1850. It is a 4km return walk, easy accessible and a short - it can be completed in 45min without stops easily.
As a matter of respect to the aboriginal communities, the actual cave is closed and fenced, so no public access possible. It can just be observed from outside. This might be a bit boring for people who expect to explore the cave.
Therefore my recommendation:
Book the tour with a local aboriginal guide and learn more!
Booking through the Visitor Center necessary.
