One of the largest fens on the Kalmthoutse Heide. It is located quite close to the nature gate De Vroente and is therefore quite busy with hikers.
There is a beautiful walking path (and easily accessible) along this fen.

The Putse Moer is a lake near Kalmthout.
The lake can be reached from the surrounding towns of Putte (about 3 km from the lake), Huijbergen (6 km away) and Stabroek (about 7 km away).
