It seems incredible that within Madrid we have this haven of peace that is Casa de Campo. Without going any further, this beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Royal Palace and the Almudena is one of my favorites

The Sartén viewpoint is in the Casa de Campo in Madrid. It is accessible, has benches, tables and tremendous views: on the right, the old Madrid, and on the left, the new.
To get there: from the north shore of the Casa de Campo lake, you have to go up the María Teresa promenade to some tennis courts; to the north of these there is a small hill with several trails that lead to the viewpoint. In total, just over half a kilometer from the lake.

The road to climb to the top of the hill is a little cracked, but remains passable. I even achieved it with a Bici.
