In the Hillesheim Criminal Investigation Center you will find Germany's largest crime fiction archive with 30,000 volumes and over 70 crime fiction board games to browse, shudder and play along with. From September 16 to 19, 2021, the "Hillesheim Crime Days" with a varied program will take place in the crime capital of Hillesheim for the first time. These are organized by Touristik GmbH Gerolsteiner Land, and planned and carried out with the support of "Tatort Eifel". Co-initiator is also the crime writer Ralf Kramp. "In the future, there are plans to alternate the Hillesheim crime days with Tatort Eifel every year", explain Mayor Hans Peter Böffgen and tourism expert Manfred Schmitz.
