So hiking is really fun! This fun section of the path leads you on a suspension bridge over the Spissibach, fantastic views included. The bridge is 144 meters long and up to 60 meters high.

The 144 meter long bridge over the Spissibach in Leissigen was opened on 20 December 2011. The bridge impresses with its simplicity, stability and careful detail solutions.

One of several suspension bridges around Lake Thun.
As always, looking in depth is an experience. Since the Leissigen panorama bridge can be crossed for free, there is only the unwritten law of mutual respect. This means that bikers can also cross the bridge on foot with their bikes. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case on our trip. Otherwise a real eye-catcher and an enrichment for every hike.
