              A very beautiful park right next to the Oos River. The best walk is from Lichtental Monastery to the spa center. A constant glimpse of magnificent villas awaits. From around August, the dahlia garden is in full bloom, and the Gönneranlage (Gönner Garden) is also very impressive.

                Baden-Baden was once a sophisticated city, too. Anyone who wants to immerse themselves in that era should stroll along Lichtentaler Allee. It doesn't have to be on a Sunday afternoon. Even on a weekday, you can sense the spirit of that era: the spacious lawns with their magnificent trees beside the stream are pleasing to the eye. The magnificent villas pique interest, as do the sculptures, artistically designed fountains, and a fantastically landscaped garden. If you need a break, sit down on a bench and absorb the ambiance.
