Great, narrow path right on the dike. Only partially suitable for cycling due to its width. On nice weekend days it can get a bit crowded here.

A hike along the Este dike is highly recommended: a beautiful circular walk. Spring or autumn are best. In the height of summer, there's no shade. You'll be treated to various views of the surrounding nature, the Este River, and the thatched-roof houses. There are plenty of benches for taking a short break. The lock house is also very interesting and worth a visit 👍🏼.
