Great bike path along the Sorpesee to Amecke. This leads over the wall and the dams around the reservoir and is in excellent condition. Sometimes it is shared by skaters and hikers. There are many benches for long breaks. From the entire cycle path you have a beautiful view of the lake. Partly the route leads through very beautiful forest sections.

Through the forests of Mellen towards Sorpesee, at Cafe Meilenweit then turn right on the cycle path on the banks of Sorpesee to Amecke. The Sorpe is often quite crowded at the weekend and there is hardly any traffic during the week, so you can really enjoy the riverside path.
