Flooding
On May 29, 2016, a storm in the region caused severe flooding with devastating damage. In the center of Braunsbach, one of the worst affected villages, the Orlacher Bach and the smaller Schlossbach streams overflowed their banks, leaving several meters of debris on the street, including stones, clay, cars, and wedged old wood.
