Nice path along the Limmat with lots of boulders. Here you can't hear the motorway as well as you can further upstream.

The river takes its name from Zurich, where it leaves Lake Zurich. It then flows through the Limmat Valley, leaves the Canton of Zurich near Oetwil on the Limmat and crosses a Jura gorge near Baden. In the canton of Aargau, the Limmat flows into the Aare in the so-called “water castle of Switzerland” near Gibstorf and Untersiggenthal opposite Lauffohr.

I would divide this Limmat riverside walk into two. Half, starting from the allotment garden, is a narrow path between the fields and the Limmat. I would call the other half more challenging. Surefootedness is required. A feast for the eyes, a feast for the soul. In some places, right on the riverbank, there are many roots.
