24-hour service on the Büchtmann family farm in Thönse
THÖNSE / BURGWEDEL (bs). What does fresh milk taste like? This question can only be answered by dairy farmers or, by memory, older fellow citizens. Because what is sold in the supermarkets as milk has lost in taste and nutrients in the preparation.
If you want to see the difference for yourself, you can use the milk filling station on the Büchtmann family's farm in Thönse, Lange Reihe 14, from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 27th.
A sheltered house, above the entrance of which the sign "Thönser milk station" is located, stands on the farm of the Christian and Mareike Büchtmann family of farmers. A milk filling station that anyone passing by can operate themselves and that will in future be open around the clock. Customers can use a machine to let the milk, cooled to four degrees Celsius, let it out at any time of the day or night. It is raw milk, fresh daily directly from Büchtmann's cows, with full vitamin content and the natural fat content of about 3.6 to 3.9 percent. The quality is constantly checked by the dairy and veterinary office.
As soon as the milk filling process is finished, the dispenser is cleaned automatically. Bottles can be brought along, but can also be purchased on site, also via a vending machine.
