The tomb of the journalist and writer Hermann Löns (1866-1914), whose landscape ideal was embodied by the Lüneburg Heath, is known as the Lönsgrab. It is located in the Tietlinger juniper grove, a remnant of the heathland near Walsrode in Lower Saxony, which is protected as the Lönsgrab nature reserve.

The Tietlinger juniper grove extends over a hilly slope that drops about 15 meters to the narrow valley meadows of the Böhmetal. The final resting place for what is believed to be the poet's bones, which were transported from France to Germany in 1934, was set up in 1935.

It is marked by a large boulder on the border between Walsrode and Bomlitz. A memorial to Hermann Löns is located a few hundred meters to the south-west on a hilltop near the tracks of the Heidebahn. The heath area is a popular excursion destination and criss-crossed by numerous paths.
