The Wadden Sea Visitor Center has something on three floors for every desire or thirst for knowledge. Natural history tours to the mudflats, the salt marshes or the coastal heaths are offered as well as a permanent exhibition on the Wadden Sea World Heritage and the Cuxhaven coastal heaths. You can independently explore the exhibition or let the audio guide guide you. The unique view from the panoramic windows is worth a visit. The aquariums, which show the typical inhabitants of the Wadden Sea in their underwater world, are particularly interesting for the children. The whole house is barrier-free and people with walking difficulties can borrow the Wattmobile free of charge for a trip to the Watt.
