The Herzogshütte in the forest between Dättwil and Neuenhof is a hub in the region. Around 8 paths lead to or in the immediate vicinity of the Herzogshütte in all directions. The hut and the square are popular destinations for schools and families. Fire pits are available and also a small well (when it supplies water).
