In 2010, Asse received another hop field. It is a field in which you can walk, where you can feel and smell the hops.
What is special about the field is the artwork by Peter Schoutsen. Inspired by the hop saints, he placed six sculptures between the hop vines. He designed a walking path around and through the field. The concrete tiles contain sayings and sayings from old herbal books.
