    Quaint hut with a young hut keeper, who has a bit of entertainment for tired hikers. After dinner, first the weather report and tour tips for the next day are presented. Of course always with the right Tyrolean nonsense. Here you can eat the second-best Kaiserschmarren on the Berlin mountain trail (the Greizer hut deserves first place!).

      New tenants, very friendly and prudent. Fine atmosphere.

      Great additional experience: approx. 30 minutes after the hut there is a great suspension bridge.

      Coming from Mayrhofen you can ride your bike to the end of the valley.

          The Kasseler Hütte is located at the head of the Stillup Valley. Three years after it was built, the hut was added to the Berliner Höhenweg. For a number of years it has also been awarded the environmental seal of approval for Alpine Club huts.
