    Since the castle was destroyed by a rockslide in 1480, the ruins have grown into the forest over the centuries. Children should be cautious around the castle; the walls and rocks are tempting to climb, and some parts are quite steep. There are no safety features directly at the castle, apart from a short bridge along the large wall.

                      Very nice tour with children to the castle ruins of Fischhausen. Under 4 years better at hand and Kraxn. From 5 years a nice challenge for the kids. You will be rewarded with a magnificent view over the Schliersee and surroundings. Continue on the trail over to Schliersee and back with the skipper. Fun for the whole family.
