The Military History Museum in the Albertstadt district shows military history from the Middle Ages to the present day. You can visit it from Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. except Thursday.

A metal arrow breaks through the historic building both inside and out and offers a good view of the old town of Dresden in the upper end of the museum tour and thus reminds of the destruction of the city in World War II. In the evening the entrance and the view are free.
