Pinnacle Rock is a towering ledge made of quartzite and descends lonely from the deep forested gorge.
It is a silent testimony to Mother Nature's raw energy.
It rises uniquely and decoratively as a 30 meter high quartzite stone column in the middle of the deep Blyde River Canyon.

The waterfall at the end of the circuit is not to be scoffed at either.
I think you should make a stop at this point on the panorama route.
This does not take much time, since the trail is quite right

The parking fee was 10 Rand at that time (2015). No idea if it looks different today ?!

Definitely worth seeing, but the entrance fee is now much higher, at 60 Rand per person.
