West End is in the northwest corner of Roatán Island. The road leading through the town was allegedly not paved to make it look authentic. ;) Along this and the small side streets are restaurants, bars, craft shops, diving shops, internet cafes, hotels and grocery stores. Numerous wooden docks protrude from the coast, from which diving trips, fishing trips, glass-bottom rides and water taxis start.
Appealing to young people. We heard there was supposed to be a small party mile in the evening.
