The bronze model of the historic city center is located between the town hall entrance and the registry office. With the 1 x 1.60 meter model, Egberg Broerken has created a "city model to see, feel and understand", and very importantly also with explanations in Braille.
There are only three of these city models in the state of Brandenburg: in Brandenburg, in Sans Soucci and in Perleberg. In April 2012, the board of the citizens' association decided to make a visible contribution to the city's culture with the bronze city model for the city's anniversary, 775 years of Perleberg.
