The Kerkdèkske is a small dike in the landscape along which residents of Vinkel have walked to the church in Nuland since the 17th century. It lost its function when Vinkel acquired its own church in 1900. The dike became impassable, but since 2016, this cultural-historical path has been accessible to walkers and is of interest to flora and fauna. It even has a street sign with the words "Kerkdèkske" and another with a typo.

The Kerkdèkske is part of the Vinkel-Nuland walk, a walking route of approximately 8.5 kilometers through the countryside of Vinkel and Nuland, located in De Hooge Heide, a diverse landscape between Rosmalen, Nuland, and Berlicum. Through collaboration between various parties, the area has been made more beautiful, accessible, and interesting. Cultural history, nature, landscape, and recreation are all connected.
