Braunfels Castle presents itself like a fairy tale. First used as a protective castle, the walls were rebuilt into a magnificent palace. You want to know more about it? Then let us explain more to you during a castle tour. These are offered on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and during the Hessian school holidays from 11 a.m. on the hour. A tour costs 7 euros.

Very well preserved castle which is still partly inhabited. A trip to Braunfels is always worthwhile in fine weather. The guided tours of the castle are also very interesting and never boring.
