    Original retreat in the Spessart. The "Hundehütte" is located in the smallest part of the municipality of Flörsbachtal and 76 people live there (2011). Mosborn is beautifully situated in a sunny clearing. The boss bakes himself in the kennel – delicious rolls, bread and cakes (e.g. Nutella cake, apple crumble, cheesecake and soon the delicious apple crumble with vanilla ice cream). For lovers of hearty dishes, there is Handkäs with music, Vesperplatte, Wienerwurst/Beef sausage with potato salad, delicious rolls with one of the various dips and sausage sandwich or cheese sandwich.

        Fridays from 2 p.m.
        Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m.

        As a rule, it is open until 7 p.m.

          Vesperstube in Mosborn. Was well attended on my hike, so I stopped by. But it looked nice and there are also freshly made cakes

            After the comments, it was not clear whether the Vesperstelle still existed or not. We can confirm after today's stop, there is still, Sat + Sun 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. A highly recommended place to go in Mosborn!

                Quaint refreshment stop - food and drink is provided. Hot and cold expenses and drinks at reasonable prices. Open on Fridays (only in the afternoons) to Sundays. Small terrace in summer to sit outside.

                      Today we hiked from the Wiesbüttsee car park through the forest paths in the moor up to the Vesperhütte. Great tarte flambée and good beer. Beautiful hut.
