The Mottbruch Halde is a beautiful high and barren halde with black rock on top. Climbing and descending are done via the lovely wide gravel roads, which are great for cycling. The view from the double top/comb is perfect. The wind turbine at the top is impressive.

The Mottbruchhalde is a perfect landscape. I will never forget the sound of the atmosphere, or rather the ambient noises. It can be very windy at the top. The climb was successfully mastered. The descent was also successful at full speed - BUT BE CAREFUL:

Watch out for pedestrians, as early braking may be necessary if you see any. If possible, only drive downhill quickly when you have a good view of the gravel road without pedestrians, otherwise driving slowly is recommended.
