Hendrik ECB Beikirch learned the great art of large-scale art from an early age. What about the first spray attempts in the graffiti scene i.a. his hometown Koblenz quickly led to a unique style that made him and his pictures known worldwide (also outside the graffiti scene). While the pictures around him became more and more colorful, he reduced most of his paintings to grayscale portraits, often combined with subtle, graphic elements. This - especially in earlier days of German graffiti culture - Hendrik ECB Beikirch's very own path has since led him and his pictures innumerable rungs higher on the art ladder to global murals on a scale for which a long ladder has long been no longer sufficient.
In the course of Stadt.Wand.Kunst, Véra was created in August 2016, the portrait of this woman from Siberia. It is not only large because of its surface area, but especially as part of the "Siberia" series by Hendrik Beikirch, it is part of something particularly large!
