The Seevengeti tower is a little further south. Here is a semicircular wooden viewpoint with windows, from which the birds in the area and at Lake Steller can be observed very well without feeling disturbed.

The tower was renovated in 2019 a bit. The plates can be read again. I'm here every year.

A quiet place that invites you to rest and watch (migrating) birds in spring and autumn. The well-developed observation stand is provided with hatches for children and adults so that the birds are not disturbed. An information board provides information about the birds that occur.
Cormorants, herons and various geese can be seen here more often, also in summer and winter.
With a bit of luck, buzzards and other birds of prey.
The branch path is easy to drive as a single trail, but can also be a bit slippery when it rains.
