I would rather describe the tour as an easy tour. Nevertheless, she is especially recommended as a family tour. On the relatively many walkers, especially during the holiday season, I must point out. If you feel restricted by this, you should avoid the main holiday season.

From Grafing direction Glonn on to Valey then on to Mießbach. Break at the market place super ice cream parlor. Danb further to Gmund am Tegernsee over the Luiesentahl. From Gmund on to Tegernsee. Coffee and swim break. The same distance back about 120 km. Great day bike tour. L. G. Angela

Very beautiful lake with a great view and beautiful landscape.
The bike tour around the lake is still not to be underestimated - even if it is a circular route around the lake, there are a few climbs and if you are not in good shape and do not want to get out of breath, you should still use an e-bike (there is also one here) many loan options).
The circular route does not always lead directly along the water, but sometimes through towns or on bike paths with a busy road next to it.
The path is also very well visited during the holiday season with numerous walkers and cyclists.
Nevertheless, it is a small experience and if you drive through the town of "Tegernsee" and look around a bit, you can see numerous luxury cars, luxury hotels and maybe a celebrity :-).
