Built in 1519, 1706 residence of Maria Johanna von Stuben. The west front of the crooked main building of the so-called Stubenschen Schlösschen rests on the inner city wall, which ran from the rogue tower down the steep Schloßhalde down to the Mühlkanal. The house was bought in 1706 by the widowed Maria Johanna von Stuben, who came from the Baron von Hohenberg family, who had come from the morganatic marriage of Archduke Ferdinand II of Austria-Tyrol to Philippine Welser, a daughter of Augsburg.

The alliance coat of arms of those of Stuben and the married Johann Franz von Barille is located above the entrance gate to the arcade courtyard. Around 1760 the Geßler family of cloth merchants set up a silk factory and dyeing shop in the building, which was to be followed in 1880 by the sculptor's studio of Peter Paul Hausch. In 1984, in addition to condominiums, a restaurant was set up during the renovation of Stubenschen Schlößchen.
