These rocky peaks of the Rosszähne [the 'teeth'] are right on the border of South Tyrol and Trentino and have super nice, well-trodden trails. Admittedly they are fairly touristy in summer (particularly on the major bank holidays of August 14/15). The craziest thing about running here is the contrast between the lush Alpine meadows just below you and the rocky peaks directly above you. Enjoy the running – it's pretty spectacular!

If you get up early in the morning, you can climb the Rosszahn in the shade! You should plan the tour over the Tierser Alpl to the Schlernhaus!

Great tour from the Alpe di Siusi over the Rosszahnscharte to the Tierser Alp. Exhausting, but great view. Please always check the weather beforehand, the thunderstorms in summer come here very quickly.

Not too difficult a climb, doable even with a dog. The view at the top is worth it. Not recommended in high season as it will probably be very crowded, but if you like that, otherwise a really nice tour.
