      The Königsstuhl, also called Königstuhl, near Dannenfels in the Rhineland-Palatinate Donnersbergkreis is a striking rock formation, and its summit is the highest point on the 686.5 m above sea level. NHN [1] high Donnersberg, the highest mountain in the North Palatinate highlands and in the Palatinate. The name is based on the fact that the outstanding rock masses from the area resemble a throne with a lot of imagination.

                        If you want to enjoy a panoramic view, you can climb the Ludwigsturm, a few hundred meters away. Note the opening times.
