These mud slopes are very unstable after a small landslide. Fortunately, no one sunbathed near the Ġnejna bay when the clay came down. The slopes have an angle of inclination (over 45 degrees), so they are very unstable. The area is not easy to get to, but it does offer spectacular sunset views and a relatively secluded area for swimming.

Perhaps the path in Malta that has remained closest to my heart.
Starting from Gnejn Bay and proceeding north you find this beautiful path, at times very steep and slippery (due to the type of terrain), which allows you to see a stretch of coast that takes your breath away!
It is possible to go down to the sandbar at the bottom, but it is not easy, access to these beaches is normally by boat.
Being exposed to the west side the sunset from here is something special.
