The Warnemünde station bridge is the bridge over the Alter Strom and was completed in 1903 with a total length of 42 meters and a width of 7.10 meters. Until 1940 it was used as a swing bridge. Nowadays, the bridge is only used on special occasions as an attraction for locals and tourists.
It is located in the middle of the Alter Strom and therefore offers an excellent starting point for great photo opportunities and exploration tours in all directions in Warnemünde.

The bridge over the Alter Strom dates from 1903. Until 1940 it could be rotated to allow ships to pass. After that, this was no longer possible for a long time due to bearing damage. Only from 1991 it could be filmed again after a reconstruction. However, a collision with a passenger ship in 2000 caused so much damage that it could not be filmed again for 4 years. Repaired at great expense, it works again, but is only put into operation on certain occasions as a small spectacle.
