November 2023 - it's not possible to cross llanos from cañadas side to get to the dirt road. Terrain is fenced , alternative paths visible on komoot doesn't exist.

As its name suggests, the Llano de Maja is a flat area in the old middle of the crater that is in this area of Teide and that allows us to see a good panorama of the set of hills that rise around it.
