The finest Upper Franconian beer culture is concentrated here in Forchheim's Kellerwald. With 24 beer cellars, the selection of different types of beer is simply terrific, even if not all of the cellars are always open at the same time. Here again it is clear: Franconia is a region of pleasure!

Franconian lifestyle at its best: rustic beer gardens in the forest with hearty dishes and of course a selection of regional beers. The summer season is from April to October, but some cellars are also open all year round. The opening times depend on the weather, but there is always something to stop at at normal times.
