The Königsbachalm is the "intermediate station" for the cows of the Aschbachhof before they are driven on to the Priesbergalm in the middle of summer. Both alpine pastures are managed in summer - u. a. there are the typical fresh milk products. The pickled cheese is great and the cake can also be recommended!

There is a very good pea soup with homemade bread on the Königsbachalm. Especially in autumn - when you come up from the summit - it is a very recommendable hut to warm up.
