The Spitzeichener observation tower (528 m) is located near Ködnitz. The fantastic view from the Spitzeichner tower makes up for the strenuous ascent, which has to be mastered on foot along various hiking trails.
Compared to most observation towers, the Spitzeichner tower is rather low at around ten meters. But its location offers a wide view, because it stands on an almost tree-free plateau.

The tower has no door and can be entered at any time. However, there are broken glass from bottles on the floor and you have to be careful where you step 🙈. The view from the tower is great because of the wide view in all directions.
