This idyllic bathing lake is rarely overpopulated, even in midsummer. The name may sound familiar to some: In August 2013 they were looking for a snapping turtle named Lotti. In the summer slump of the news world it was reported all over Germany. But no fear! Since then nothing has happened again and the existence of this "monster tortoise" has never been confirmed either.

Simply beautiful: ride your bike to the shore and sit on the dock to cool your legs in the cold water. Even more refreshing is just a complete dip in the cool water. ;)
