During the construction of the pedestrian zone in 1996, this fountain with the title “In Conversation” was created by the artist Margot Garutti.
Born in Hamburg in 1946. Training a.d. University of Fine Arts in Bremen. Free art study center Ottersberg/Bremen, qualified art teacher and art therapist. Professional Association of Visual Artists Lower Franconia, Artistic Advisory Board in the Würzburg Art Association.
Solo and group exhibitions in Würzburg, (city gallery), Frankfurt, Nuremberg (German National Museum), among others.
Work in public spaces, fountain design/sculptures. Memorial in Lehrte/Hannover. Various Altar designs.
