The Dr. Uwe Harder Stadthalle, until 2017 Stadthalle Neumünster is a building from 1986 and was awarded a prize in 1988 by the Bund deutscher Architekten.

The Kleinstlecken cultural center houses a large ballroom (560 m², 800 people), three meeting rooms and a theater hall for 576 people. A pedestrian bridge connects the Stadthalle with the Tuch and Technik Textilmuseum Neumünster.

The large ballroom is used, among other things, for disco events such as 1980s parties and smaller trade fair events. Since the city of Neumünster does not have its own theater ensemble, guest performances of various ensembles or events of local schools take place in the theater hall.

There is also a restaurant in the complex which is open to visitors outside of the event. The Stadthalle, like the Holstenhallen, is managed by the company Hallenbetriebe Neumünster GmbH. In February 2017, she was renamed in honor of the late Lord Mayor Uwe Harder.
