This ferry takes people from one side of Jezero Kozjak to the other. There's no cost to take the ferry, as it's included in the entrance fee to the park. Those completing the Route K hike around the lakes will need to catch the ferry from the P2 terminal to P1.

The Plitvice Lakes National Park is the oldest national park in south-eastern Europe and was one of the first natural monuments ever to be included in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. It is located in the hilly karst area of Central Croatia, about 55km as the crow flies from the Adriatic coast, is world-famous for its cascading lakes and still houses all the species of animals in the sanctuary, which were before the settlement of people in this area. Through the untouched nature there are also animals like brown bears, which have already been eradicated elsewhere in Europe.

Here at the ferry dock near entrance 2 you can cross the lake by boat. The crossing is free or included in the entrance fee.

take the ferry, a short ride and the tour continues, either by boat or on foot. If they come from entrance 2, they have to take the ferry across to get on the larger boat on the other side and take part in the river trip.
