The Zilles Chapel on the Zillesberg is quite a Treiser landmark. It is widely visible and the meeting place of the old and new Stations of the Cross.

From there you have a fantastic view of the Moselle.

Saint John the Baptist (also John Baptist), to whom the Zilles Chapel is dedicated, is - like Saint Joseph - a man on the threshold from the Old to the New Testament. The memorial day of Saint John the Baptist (Baptist) in the saints' calendar is on June 24th, exactly half a year before 'Holy Eve'.
