Built around 1504 by William Moreton, Little Moreton Hall is a stunning Tudor house that looks like its straight from the pages of a fairytale. The house belonged to the Moreton family until 1938 when it was gifted to the National Trust. At its largest in the 16th century, the estate owned 1,360 acres (550 ha) of land including a corn mill, gardens and iron bloomery.

Today, you can visit the beautiful house and its gardens. Moreton Hall has irregular opening hours so check their website before visiting. Tickets for adults cost £12. You can find more information, here: nationaltrust.org.uk/little-moreton-hall

I absolutely love this place, it's so full of character. A top tip is that as this building isn't heated & it's quite draughty too, so make sure you wear warm clothing in Spring & autumn (as well as winter!)
