In 1903 the “Restauration zum Schweiger” inn was built.
Over the course of many years, this title became “the rest” in local usage, and our economy is still widely known today under this affectionate expression.
The first landlord, Andreas Schweiger, ran the house until 1952, followed by his son Josef Schweiger until 1964.
Due to the train station opposite, the inn inevitably received the name "Bahnhofsstätte" over time.
