The well signposted cycle path leads almost without interruption along the dike of the Secchia river. The subsoil varies between paved sections and well-navigable paths with natural subsoil. If you are unlucky, you are quite exposed to the wind because of the elevated position in the otherwise board-level Po Valley.
The landscape is not very varied and the small villages are not necessarily touristy highlights, but you can almost without touching the car traffic in the countryside from the Po at Mantua to Modena.

I drove it in July 2020. There are a lot of work going on which makes the passage more difficult .... apart from that a very nice road away from traffic. Keep in mind that there are many gravel pieces ... not suitable for all bicycles ... gravel bike and MTB all the more
