    Forbach, located on the Murg, is a very beautiful town! Tip: The Murg Valley Cycle Route from Freudenstadt to Rastatt has its approximate midpoint here. The restaurant at the train station is a great place to take a break after the most beautiful stage from Schönmünzach to Forbach.

      Depending on the time, we sometimes take the Murgtal tour only to Forbach and then back by train, which works great and taking the bikes here is still free.

      Filling up water or using the toilet costs one euro in the pizzeria at the train station. And you will also be treated unfriendly. We ate elsewhere.
