Talasani is a small town with a turbulent history, but today it is very peaceful. Nestled in the forests of the Costa Verde, it offers beautiful views of the plain and the sea. On the north side of the village are the ruins of the ancient Romanesque chapel of San Petru, which has been enhanced by the town.

The Ucelluline waterfall is a nugget of Upper Corsica to discover during a hike. Corsica is full of majestic waterfalls, but the hike through the Ucelluline waterfall is a complete experience: the historic village of Santa-Maria-Poggio, the Genoese bridge of Bucatoggio or the ruins of a typical village of the Isle of Beauty, this hike is rich in discoveries. Come and meet the traces of this jewel of the Costa Verde, hidden on the edge of the magnificent Corniche road and offering a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea!

There is currently almost no water in the reservoir!

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with Holger. A Pietra is always a good choice, especially as this one only has 0.25l. It's very, very nice here. That's why I've been here often.

However, it is even more beautiful up in the village. There you can order a Pietra for a fee in addition to the free view.

From here you can cycle in the direction of the waterfall or in the direction of Cervione. In the morning I often cycled up here from the campsite by the sea before breakfast.

Always worthwhile for a few quick meters in altitude.
